  • We cater to a diverse clientele, each with unique personal goals. Whether you’re looking to get out of pain, improve your movement quality, athletic performance, or overall wellness - we are here to serve you.

Everyone’s definition of success with physical therapy is different. We will work together on defining what success looks like for you, and then work together to make that success a reality.

  • No. We made the conscious choice to not participate with insurance companies, enabling us to prioritize delivering the best experience during your time with us.

However, we do offer receipts for your sessions, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to see if they cover our services. Insurance plans vary, so it's best to contact them in advance.

Being out-of-network doesn't mean compromising on quality. In fact, it allows us to uphold the highest standards of care, by delivering tailored solutions to your specific goals, unrestricted by insurance protocols. Learn more about the advantages here.

  • Our client services are available in both Santa Barbara and Monterey, CA. Although our primary location is in Santa Barbara, we conduct treatments in Monterey 1-2 times a month to better serve our clients.

If you're located elsewhere on the Central Coast, let’s chat. We're open to travel (additional fee applies) and also offer the convenience of our telehealth services. Let's connect to discuss where you’re at in your journey, and the best option for your needs.

Visit our locations page for more information.

  • While initial evaluations are preferred in-person, follow-up appointments and clinical mentorship can be conducted remotely via zoom.

  • Everyone’s scenario and life story is unique, so giving a definitive amount of time for all cases is unrealistic.

What we do advise is to trust the process and to appreciate that these changes take time to integrate and make permanent. Some people feel immediate improvements with a PRI approach, others may take weeks to months.

For a smaller percentage of clientele, we may need assistance from other specialists, like a Dentist or Optometrist.

  • The Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI) was established in 2000 by Ron Hruska, MPT. PRI has grown across the country and internationally since then, with now over 250 credentialed providers.

A PRI provider’s approach is unique in that we understand the human body is naturally asymmetrical, and we work to restore a sense of balance to the body.

We have a deep understanding of the connectedness between the human musculoskeletal, respiratory and neurological systems.

If you feel that your current treatment isn't addressing your needs leading to frustration or misunderstanding, working with a PRI provider could be a beneficial option for you to consider.

  • Yes, we offer optional personal training services exclusively to our existing clients. Upon completing physical therapy, clients can smoothly transition to exclusive personal training at a discounted rate.

For scheduling, you'll coordinate directly with Cody once your physical therapy treatment is completed.
